Reporting to the HR Director, this senior role gives you ownership of the total reward, benefits and co-member experience agenda, with real influence across the business. This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Brackmills (Northampton) office (free parking onsite).
Salary range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
What you’ll be doing
- Setting and delivering our reward and incentive strategy, aligned to commercial and people goals
- Leading annual salary reviews, bonus governance, pay gap reporting and reward modelling
- Owning our benefits offering and managing external providers
- Driving colleague engagement, wellbeing and inclusion & belonging initiatives
- Using data and insight to inform strategy and drive meaningful action
- Managing and developing one direct report (Reward Advisor)
What we’re looking for
- Proven reward or HR leadership experience, ideally in a commercial or sales-led environment
- Strong knowledge of UK reward legislation (EMEA exposure desirable)
- Experience across the full reward lifecycle, including incentives and benefits
- Confident working with data and influencing senior stakeholders
- A collaborative, values-driven leadership style
