About the Role
I am working with a client who are looking for a People & Transformation Manager to join their team. This is a central role within the People function, where you can make a meaningful impact on how their services are designed and delivered.
You will play a key role in driving quality, consistency, and performance across the People team, while supporting the delivery of key transformation initiatives aligned to our wider workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Strengthen HR and recruitment delivery across the organisation
- Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead on sponsorship and migrant workforce compliance (essential)
- Support delivery of key People strategy priorities
- Coach and support members of the wider People team
