We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-site hospitality operator to find an ambitious HR Manager to support regional teams across the UK. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-impact, visible role, working closely with senior leaders to shape culture, drive performance and make a real difference on the ground.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a trusted partner to operational leaders across multiple sites
- Leading complex and high-volume employee relations with confidence
- Driving recruitment, talent and workforce planning
- Using data to spot trends and improve engagement, retention and performance
- Championing a positive, high-energy culture across frontline teams
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Confident managing complex ER cases
- Solid understanding of UK employment law
- Commercial, resilient and able to influence at all levels
- Full UK driving licence and happy to be out in the field
