As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new client growth and expanding our presence across health and social care recruitment.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role for someone who thrives on winning business, building strong relationships, and delivering results in a competitive market.
What You’ll Be Doing

Driving new business growth by identifying, targeting, and winning new clients across the healthcare and social care sector.

Owning the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation through to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across NHS Trusts, care homes, private healthcare providers, and local authorities.

Working closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover and delivery of tailored workforce solutions.

Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to grow your market presence.

Staying up to date with market trends to identify opportunities and shape effective recruitment solutions.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within recruitment or a healthcare-related sector.

Strong track record of generating your own leads and converting them into long-term business relationships.

Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
