Part-Time HR Administrator - FIXED TERM CONTRACTHours: Part-time (flexible hours considered, 4 longer days or 5 short days, must work mornings)
The Role
We are seeking a Part-Time HR Administrator to provide day-to-day HR support within a friendly local business. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in HR administration who enjoys being organised, detail-focused, and supporting both employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records
- Prepare and issue HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and policy updates
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain records relating to absence, holidays, and training
- Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries from employees and managers
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are compliant with employment legislation
- Support ad-hoc HR administration and reporting as required
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident handling confidential and sensitive information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a small business environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
