Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume and complex employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practice
- Support and lead on end-to-end HR case management, ensuring timely and compliant resolution
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted HR partner across the business
- Assist in developing and improving HR processes to support a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements
- Support wider HR initiatives, including organisational change, engagement, and wellbeing programmes
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience supporting a fast-paced HR team within a busy environment
- Demonstrable experience managing complex employee relations cases independently
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
