The Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator will be responsible for the administration of all L&D interventions, including in-house courses, external course bookings and external qualifications.
The team overall is accountable for ensuring that Costain has resilience in the skills and capabilities required both now and for the future. This role will form part of the L&D Service Delivery team and will act as support to the team in ensuring the delivery of training interventions, certifications, and in gathering feedback / data which will aid the continued delivery of Learning and Development within Costain.
This is a full time, 12 months fixed term maternity cover role however we would be happy to consider a candidate wishing to work a 4-day week.
The purpose of this role is to:
- To assist the Service Delivery Team with administrating training and development courses.
- To assist the talent team with general administration relating to programme delivery.
- To ensure the learning platform stays updated with accurate training record information
