What you’ll be doing
This is a true 360 recruitment role, where you’ll take ownership and drive your own success:
- Winning new business; identifying opportunities, opening doors, and converting leads
- Building and developing long-term client relationships
- Attracting top talent through creative sourcing, job advertising, and networking
- Engaging candidates and delivering an outstanding candidate experience through competency-based interviews to truly understand motivations, behaviours, and fit
- Bringing your client base to life through targeted marketing activity
What we’re looking for
- Proven sales success with strong conversion ability and a sharp commercial mindset
- Confidence to build relationships, influence decisions, and win new clients
- A naturally curious and inquisitive mindset — you ask “why?” and “what next?” enabling you to assess beyond the CV and spot opportunities with ease
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a real hunger to succeed
- A team player who brings energy and positivity
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment (in any capacity)
- Exposure to the Industrial recruitment market
