HR Business Partner
Location: Midlands (with travel across the UK)
Salary: £45,749 to £49,866

About the Role
Reed’s client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People Services team.This is a varied role where you will work closely with senior leaders to deliver both day-to-day HR support and strategic projects. You will play a key role in improving people management, supporting change, and helping the organisation achieve its goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide expert advice on employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
- Support managers with complex HR cases and manage risks effectively
- Assist with investigations, hearings and formal documentation
- Support organisational change, restructures and workforce planning
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Use HR data to identify trends and improve performance
- Support wellbeing, engagement and development initiatives
- Mentor junior HR team members
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Experience supporting change and HR projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse data and support decision-making
- CIPD qualification (desirable)
