Resourcing4HR are delighted to be supporting this global client in an urgent requirement for a period of 9 months, starting asap. The client is looking for an experienced Interim People Business Partner to join the team and cover an ongoing absence in a key, high-impact role, reporting directly to the Head of People.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across key manufacturing divisions within the business unit. You will be supporting a busy period of operational, organisational change and development activity across these units and the wider business.

- CIPD Qualified
- Pragmatic and hands-on
- Confident operating at pace
- Experienced in complex, change-driven environments
- Strong Employee Relations and Employment Law knowledge
- Partnered operative and professional stakeholders
