- Develop a Wellbeing road-map / plan
- Develop Wellbeing strategies to align to the organisations strategic objectives
- Support the development and implementation of a reward strategy
Profile
A Interim HR Wellbeing and Reward Consultant with:
- Experience in developing and implementing Wellbeing strategies: essential
- Experience in developing Wellbeing initiatives
- Experience in developing and implementing a reward strategy: desirable
- Experience in the Higher Education space: desirable
- Able to start at short notice
Job Offer

Up to £600 per day dependent on experience
