Interim Human Resources Manager
3–6 Month FTC
Hybrid working in North London
MLC Partners are partnering with an impactful charity organisation seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to support the business through a significant period of organisational change.
This is a hands-on role requiring a commercially minded HR professional who can provide both strategic direction and operational delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coach and advise the HR function through a period of transformation and change
- Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters
- Partnering with senior leadership to deliver people-focused solutions
- Reviewing and improving HR processes, policies and structures
- Supporting workforce planning, engagement and culture initiatives
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience operating at managerial level
- Strong background within change and transformation environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Sound employment law and ER expertise
- Ability to work with pace, resilience and credibility
- Previous charity or not-for-profit experience is desirable but not essential
