We are proud to be partnering with a leading housing association who are looking to appoint a Reward and Recognition Partner on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position with hybrid working available and a competitive salary dependent on experience. The salary is £42,184 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Reward or HR-related role, with strong analytical skills and experience managing reward initiatives, benchmarking and benefits administration.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Supporting the delivery of the organisation’s reward strategy and annual reward cycle
• Completing job evaluation and salary benchmarking processes, providing guidance and feedback to managers on outcomes
• Managing external salary survey submissions and liaising with survey providers
• Developing and implementing reward initiatives in collaboration with suppliers and key stakeholders
• Managing the annual benefits selection window and supporting the development of the benefits platform
• Producing data analysis and insights across reward activities to support business decision-making
• Supporting annual reporting requirements, including Gender Pay Gap and Equal Pay reporting
• Managing reward-related queries and providing advice on reward methodologies, processes and outcomes
• Supporting the development of employee recognition initiatives that enhance engagement across the organisation
Experience required:
• Previous experience within a Reward or HR-related role
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with HR systems and/or benefits management systems
• Experience building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
• Knowledge of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, benefits management and/or employee recognition
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of reward regulations, best practice and market trends
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
• CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience desirable
