We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Senior Professional Development Coordinator.
The Senior PD Coordinator will work collaboratively in the London office to support training programmes and professional development initiatives across Europe and Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating training programmes and PD initiatives.
- Assisting with the organisation and implementation of trainee orientation and skills development programmes.
- Monitoring and tracking SRA training records for trainees.
- Maintaining compliance records, generating reports, and analysing results.
- Managing PD mailboxes.
- Managing the portal for CPD applications in Hong Kong.
- Providing and analysing feedback and data for conferences, initiatives, and programmes; preparing reports, as necessary.
- Utilising the LMS for all European and APAC learning events.
- Managing logistics for meetings and programmes (i.e. scheduling, room setup, troubleshooting etc).
- Updating the document management system.
