With a strong global presence and a reputation for excellence, the organisation continues to experience significant growth across EMEA.As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EMEA Recruiter to join the talent acquisition team and play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across multiple countries and business functions.Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities across the EMEA region, partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.This is a highly visible role requiring a proactive recruiter who can manage a diverse range of positions across consulting, technical, corporate, and professional services functions.Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple EMEA locations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Direct-source and engage high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels.
- Conduct screening and assessment activities to identify the best talent.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment processes through to offer and onboarding.
- Provide market insight, talent intelligence, and salary benchmarking to stakeholders.
- Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring objectives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and ATS data.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience recruiting across multiple countries within EMEA.
- Experience gained within professional services, consulting, engineering, legal, financial services, or a similarly complex environment.
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different business areas.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practice, market mapping, and talent attraction strategies.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative, commercially-minded approach.
- It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to 6 month duration working in a hybrid manner from the London office.
