Loom Talent are partnering with a growing international retail and e-commerce business to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager. As the business continues to invest in its UK operations, they're looking for an experienced in-house recruiter to support hiring across a range of corporate functions, with a particular focus on HR recruitment alongside a number of senior and specialist appointments.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative People team where Talent Acquisition is viewed as a genuine business partner. You'll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, influencing recruitment strategy, building talent pipelines and helping to shape how the business attracts and retains top talent.
The Role
This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition position where you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with the business to attract high-quality talent and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of corporate functions, with a particular focus on HR and exec level recruitment, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insight, develop sourcing strategies and proactively build pipelines for future hiring, including a number of senior and executive appointments.
- Using recruitment data and market intelligence to identify trends, improve hiring performance and continuously enhance recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience.
- Building strong relationships across the business, promoting direct sourcing where possible and working with external recruitment partners when required.
About You
The successful candidate will already have experience operating within an in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role and enjoy working closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced, growing environment.
You'll also have:
- 3-5 years' end-to-end recruitment experience within the UK market.
- Previous experience recruiting HR or other senior level roles within corporate functions in an in-house environment.
- Strong direct sourcing skills, with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- A stable career history demonstrating progression within Talent Acquisition. A degree or equivalent professional qualification would be advantageous.
