Senior HR Manager (Multi-Site Operations)
Interim assignment: 3-6 months
The Opportunity
Are you a commercially sharp, hands-on HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment?
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to drive operational excellence, elevate employee engagement, and lead a dedicated People function. Working as a trusted advisor to the Director of HR, you will bridge high-level strategy with practical, on-the-ground execution. This is a brilliant opportunity for a data-driven professional to shape workplace culture, build management capability, and establish robust governance across a growing business.
Driving Culture & People Capability
Your primary objective is to cultivate an accountable, high-performance culture across our central operations and regional sites. You will partner directly with operational leaders and regional managers to upskill line management, ensuring people processes are applied fairly and consistently. From overseeing complex employee relations (including high-risk cases, performance capability, and long-term absence) to embedding organizational values, you will act as a confident coach who builds long-term capability across the management tier.
Talent Strategy & International Governance
You will lead a proactive talent acquisition team focused on securing specialized, frontline professionals. Beyond standard recruitment, you will analyze specific staffing ratios to optimize workforce planning and address resource gaps. A key aspect of this role includes driving modern onboarding initiatives, managing structured induction programs, and overseeing complex compliance frameworks.
Insight-Driven Engagement
Working alongside a senior analyst, you will translate raw people metrics (attrition, absence, and sentiment trends) into executive-level insights and monthly Board reports. You will own the end-to-end employee experience, utilizing regular internal surveys to build actionable retention strategies.
