Description
- Provide support across a range of HR functions, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Deliver day-to-day HR administration and employee support.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as required.
- Support payroll-related activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff on HR-related queries and policies.
- Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives.
- Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making.

Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- Previous experience in a human resources role within the public sector or a similar environment.
- A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and software.

Job Offer
- An hourly rate of £24.37 PAYE or £31.64 Umbrella
