About the Role
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will provide an efficient, responsive and high-quality HR advisory service to partners, heads of department, managers and employees across the firm. This is a full-time, office-based role that plays a central part in aligning the firm's people strategy with its long-term objectives.
HR Manager Responsibilities

Overseeing the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, talent acquisition and performance management

Providing expert HR advice to managers on employee relations, grievances and conflict resolution

Developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies in compliance with current UK employment legislation

Championing the firm's culture and driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Managing compensation, benefits and reward strategies

Attending meetings and taking minutes

Managing internal communications regarding starters and leavers
HR Manager Requirements

At least two years' experience in an HR advisory role

CIPD qualified to Level 5 or above

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organisation

Strong problem-solving skills and a confident, self-starting approach

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to confidentiality
Desirable
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
