Your new roleYou will be joining the HR team and will work across the organisation, including partnering with finance and senior stakeholders to deliver the key projects. This will include things such as the creation of job families and career development pathways, designing an organisation-wide pay structure and processes to evaluate roles and pay ranges. In addition to this, the organisation would like to have appropriate frameworks and governance in place for the future. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this interim role, we are looking for a true reward subject-matter expert who is used to delivering similar projects, ideally within the engineering/technical manufacturing sector. You will ideally be available immediately, although a short notice period could also be considered.
