Description
- Leading on TUPE processes (both in and out)
- Reviewing and updating policies in line with evolving employment legislation
- Staying ahead of upcoming changes, including the Employment Rights Bill
- Providing expert advice on zero-hour contracts and complex ER matters

- Strong HR/ER knowledge and confidence to work independently
- A proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives on variety and responsibility
- Someone who enjoys collaborating across teams and influencing positive change
Job Offer
- Competitive salary of £40,000-£42,000 (DOE)
