About the Role
As HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll provide expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practice, while helping to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line HR support and advice to managers and staff on a range of HR matters.
- Support employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting and compliance.
- Contribute to HR projects including wellbeing, engagement, and policy development.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with current employment legislation.
About You
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards) or equivalent.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
