A fantastic opportunity has arise to join a highly successful pharmaceutical company, supporting their HR Shared Services function on an international level. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will assist with global HR enquiries, focusing on delivering solutions efficiently whilst providing a top quality service. You will also play an integral role in delivering wider HR programmes and initiatives.
This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employee leave requests in line with policy and legislation.
- Advise managers and employees on leave, absence reporting, and timesheets.
- Manage long-term leave cases with accurate documentation and coordination.
- Monitor compliance with leave/time reporting and escalate issues as needed.
- Act as first-line support for HR queries and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide payroll and benefits teams with timely leave and time-tracking data.
- Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, data changes, and reporting.
- Deliver consistent HR services.
- Drive improvements in leave, time management, and HR service processes.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to uphold best-practice standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an HR Shared Services environment or a similar role in within a global or international company.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies and procedures.
- Experience of working with an HR ticketing system would be advantageous.
- Able to demonstrate the delivery of high quality HR support.
- Exceptional organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
