We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our clients team in Milton Keynes. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver people-focused solutions that align with their business objectives. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in shaping the future of an organisation while supporting the development and engagement of a talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert advice on all aspects of HR including talent management, organisational design, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead on change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across teams.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in people practices.
- Support managers with complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver key projects and initiatives.
About You:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive approach with the ability to think strategically and deliver results.
- Experience managing change initiatives and driving cultural transformation.
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent qualification) is desirable but not essential.
