Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or business partner role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to analyse HR data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and tools effectively.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
