What we are looking for:
- HR Manager experienced in the UK, 3+ years, managing 80+ employees
- Qualified to Level 3 CIPD diploma or higher in HR / People Management
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law & best practices
- Modern fast paced business using technology to automate
- People-focused caring for each employee & clients
- Hands on Manager supervising a small HR team within a multi-site care environment
HR Manager Key Duties (not limited to):
- Working closely with Directors, Care managers & HR Officer
- To currently manage approx 120 staff across multiple businesses
- Plans with expected growth to 150+ staff during next 12 months
- Oversee & improve HR systems,
- Ensure compliance & workforce training
- Recruitment, Onboarding,
- Employee relations in relation to Investors In People
- Advise management on policy, performance, safeguarding considerations
- Handle Investigations, Disciplinaries & any Grievances
- Analyse HR data, support operational decision-making
- Line-management of immediate team
- Located in HQ, as an when, may be needed to travel to other sites for face to face meetings
