Competitive day rate Your new companyI am currently exclusively partnered with a growing global organisation who are looking to recruit an interim HR Coordinator into the team. WThis role is an initial 3 month contract, with the potential to be extended or even a permanent opportunity for the right person.
Your new roleIn this role you will be providing support to the HR team, across employee lifecycle queries, recruitment, L&D and payroll.
- Be the first line of HR advice to colleagues for anything relating to the employee lifecycle
- Support with recruitment coordination
- Support the L&D programs and OD projects
- Payroll input for UK based staff, in partnership with the payroll provider
- Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring data is correct
- Note-taking for employee relations cases
- Support onboarding and the compliance process
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven HR experience
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Experience with SuccessFactors would be an advantage, but not essential
- Able to drive and have access to a car as my client isn't close to public transport links
- CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential
