HR Officer
- Annual Salary: £30,000 - £34,500

- Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (18 months), Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Officer to join our team on an 18-month fixed term contract. This role involves providing a comprehensive HR function across the entire business, ensuring effective administration support and professional advice throughout the employee lifecycle.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide comprehensive HR administration support across various HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Work closely with HR Managers and other stakeholders to deliver timely and fit-for-purpose HR solutions.
- Handle a high level of administration and coordination tasks within changing and tight timeframes.
- Utilize HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems effectively to manage data and processes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and information security guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum GCSE (grade A-C) in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Proven experience working within a busy HR function, ideally within a team setting.
- Strong experience in managing high levels of administration and coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage own workload.
- Ability to handle confidential material appropriately and interpret policies and procedures.
