A fast-growing Financial Services firm based in the heart of the City is seeking a versatile and proactive HR Advisor to join their expanding HR function. This is a newly created role due to continued growth and offers excellent scope for development and progression.
The Role
This is a true HR generalist position with a strong focus on onboarding, operational HR and training support. You will work closely with the business to deliver high-quality HR services in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end employee onboarding, including coordination of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Day-to-day HR advisory and generalist support
- Supporting and coordinating HR training initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
- Ensuring HR processes align with Financial Services regulatory standards
- Supporting ongoing HR projects linked to growth and expansion
About You
- Proven experience in a Financial Services HR environment (essential)
- Strong HR generalist / HR Advisor-level background
- CIPD qualified (highly desirable) or Qualified by Experience
- Comfortable working at pace with a strong understanding of compliance and governance
- Highly proactive, self-motivated and detail-orientated
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Ambitious, flexible and keen to grow with the business
Additional Information
- Initial training period will require 5 days per week on-site (approximately 1 month)
- Hybrid working (3/2) available thereafter
- Financial Services background checks required (can take 4–6 weeks)
