Reporting to the Director of Reward and Employee Experience, this is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering the end-to-end employee experience across a complex, matrix organisation. As the Head of Employee Experience, you will drive engagement, strengthen culture, and embed inclusion and wellbeing into everyday working practices, ensuring a consistently positive experience for employees at all levels.
Working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you will influence and align stakeholders across the business to deliver a seamless and compelling employee experience. Success in this role will require strong executive presence, credibility, and the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Such duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Lead the employee engagement strategy, using feedback, insight, and recognition initiatives to improve satisfaction and connection across the organisation.
- Shape and embed a positive, inclusive culture aligned to organisational values, working closely with senior leaders.
- Own and drive the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda, ensuring DEI principles are embedded across people processes and tracked through meaningful metrics.
- Champion employee wellbeing, delivering initiatives that support mental, physical, financial, and work–life balance.
- Act as a trusted partner between employees, leaders, and HR to strengthen communication and deliver a joined-up, high-impact employee experience.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Culture and DEI professional with strong business acumen, outstanding leadership, and proven project management expertise. You will have a track record of driving employee engagement, shaping organisational culture, and delivering development and wellbeing initiatives that deliver tangible impact. A genuine passion for DEI is essential, along with the ability to stay informed of external trends and translate insights into practical, organisation-wide strategies. With strong influencing skills and the ability to secure stakeholder buy-in, you will confidently provide expert guidance, drive meaningful change, and inspire colleagues at all levels of the business
