Role Purpose
As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with legislation, and supporting HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and reward strategies. Working collaboratively within the HR Operations team, you will help maintain robust processes and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, and pensions legislation (CIPP or equivalent desirable).
- Experience in payroll processing and auditing, with an understanding of multi-country payroll.
- Excellent IT skills, including HRIS and advanced Excel.
- Ability to interpret data, provide insights, and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
