Our client’s People function is evolving to deliver high-quality, global people solutions that enable colleagues to perform at their best. As part of this journey, they are looking for a Reward and Benefits Analyst to support the development and delivery of a global benefits strategy that enhances colleague experience, strengthens the employee value proposition, and aligns with wider business objectives.
Joining a collaborative and forward thinking Reward team, you’ll play a key role in influencing senior stakeholders, driving international benefits initiatives, and ensuring benefit offerings remain competitive, compliant, and fit for a growing global organisation.
This is a hybrid role, with occasional travel to a North West office as required.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the senior Reward leadership team, you’ll contribute to shaping and delivering a global benefits strategy that supports both people and business priorities. You’ll support benefits benchmarking, manage global renewals, and work with suppliers and brokers to deliver enhancements, ensuring offerings remain competitive and aligned with regulatory and pension requirements.
You’ll also be involved in the ongoing modernisation of the global benefits framework, including harmonisation projects, benefits platform oversight, flexible benefits, and financial wellbeing initiatives. In addition, you’ll contribute to broader reward cycles and strategic projects, providing exposure across the full reward and benefits agenda.
Collaboration is central to the role. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the global business to implement benefit changes, act as a trusted subject-matter expert, and support day-to-day benefits operations. You’ll also help ensure colleagues understand and engage with their benefits through clear and effective communication.
