An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a market-leading business located in the Bury area. Working as part of a wider HR team you will be responsible for providing HR and employment law support to a variety of stakeholders.
Below is an overview of the things you will get involved in:
- Advising on disciplinary and grievance process, supporting with investigations and appeals
- Advising on restructuring, redundancy and TUPE
- Supporting with performance and absence issues
- Drafting HR documents, containing recommendations and outcome letters
- Building relationships with stakeholders
- Coaching Managers and delivering training
- Advising Managers in relation to employment law updates
- Supporting with a variety of HR projects
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have some generalist HR experience at the advisory level, along with a CIPD Level 5 qualification. Strong communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude and being passionate about delivering exceptional customer service are essential for this role.
