- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
- Ensure all employee relations processes adhere to current employment law and organisational policies.
- Support managers with advice and documentation to handle employee relations cases effectively.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all employee relations cases and outcomes.
- Act as a point of contact for queries related to employment terms and conditions.
- Provide training and support to managers on employee relations best practices.

Profile
A successful ER Advisor should have:
