This is fast paced highly commercial organisation where change is the norm and supporting senior stakeholders to enable commercial and business focussed HR solutions, not just HR led initiatives, will ensure success.
Working as part of a wider HR team the role will have full focus responsibility for HR, change, transformation, growth – through mergers & acquisitions, hr operations, development and performance.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Head of People will include:
- Leading and evolving all aspects of the HR offering in an extremely fast paced environment
- Managing the team to deliver on all HR operations
- Partnering with senior leaders to support their development through strategic learning and coaching
- Delivering valuable HR insights and data to support business strategy
- Shaping and embedding a culture that reflects the company’s values
- Opportunity to support the business as it grows across other locations UK and overseas
- Lead the business through continuous growth and change with mergers & acquisitions, restructures and Tupe activity
Key skills & experience required for this role:
- Proven HR team management capability
- Solid, proven experience gained in high profile, reputable, commercial organisations
- Strong operational & strategic HR expertise at head of HR level
- Motivated and high energy, capable of working in fast paced, agile and continuously changing businesses
- A commercial and strategic mindset with excellent people skills
- Experience of managing HR in multi site locations both UK and Europe
