This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely influential position, working alongside the Regional MD and senior leadership team, steering the people agenda across the UK and Europe during a period of exciting transformation.
This is not a “policy police” role.
It’s for an HR professional who can think commercially, lead with warmth, and protect culture while helping the business scale.
The Role- Senior member of the leadership team, operating at divisional level
- Strategic ownership of the people agenda across a growing, international operation
- Leading and developing the HR function
- Driving engagement, performance, compliance and culture
- Supporting digital transformation, international expansion and acquisition activity
- Balancing professionalism with humanity – progress without corporatisation

Package- Highly competitive base salary
- Bonus equivalent to two months’ salary
