HR Manager

Reed Business Support are working with an amazing global company who are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is pivotal in leading the design and delivery of HR initiatives that enhance their company culture and workplace environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage HR operations across the UK, ensuring effective payroll, HR systems, reporting and metrics for decision-making.
- Coach managers across the business on people management, employee relations and HR best practices.
- Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance capability and career progression.
- Oversee remuneration and benefits to ensure they are fair, consistent and competitive.
- Implement talent and performance management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement strategies.
- Lead HR projects and change management initiatives, streamlining processes and resolving HR challenges effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional with strong leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing a team within HR operations.
- Skilled in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Proficient in using HR data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in coaching managers and developing talent.
- Track record in enhancing employee engagement, reward and recognition, performance management and learning initiatives.
- Excellent communication, influencing, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
