This role supports the firm’s strategic objectives by designing and delivering engaging digital training solutions that improve digital capability across legal and non-legal teams.You will create and maintain high-quality learning content covering IT systems, enterprise software, legal applications, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, while supporting new joiner programmes and ongoing learning initiatives.
Location: Nottingham City CentreSalary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annumWorking Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days from home)Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension scheme, Annual salary reviews, Bonus scheme (typically 5-7%)
Overview of the Role
Working collaboratively within the Digital Skills team, you will design, deliver, and evaluate digital learning programmes using a range of learning technologies and platforms. This includes producing video-based and online learning content, supporting firm-wide projects, and delivering training both remotely and in person when required.
You will also support learners through coaching and mentoring, maintain learning records, assess programme effectiveness, and contribute to continuous improvement of digital learning services across the firm.
About you
- Experience within Legal, HR, or Finance environments - this is essential
- LMS Software experience is essential
- Proven ability to design clear, engaging digital learning materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident working collaboratively within a skilled team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and keep skills up to date.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues and know when to escalate.
- Experience with digital learning tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, and SharePoint.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, legal applications, AI tools).
