Recruitment & HR Officer - Melton Mowbray £27,000 - £28,000 | Permanent | Hybrid (1 day) | 37.5 hours (option for 32 hours to work over 4 or 5 days)
Macildowie are working with this client based in Melton Mowbray to recruit a Recruitment & HR Officer to join a vibrant, people-focused organisation.
You'll become part of an award-winning destination with over 550 employees across 25 departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the recruitment function and support wider HR processes within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Role:
- Manage the end-to-end internal recruitment process
- Draft job descriptions and creative job adverts
- Use ATS and social media platforms to attract talent
- Coordinate interviews, offers and new starter documentation
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Respond to candidate and employee queries
- Provide first-line HR support to managers
- Generate reports using the HRIS and support with HR projects
What We're Looking For:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting
- Tenacious, creative and highly organised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using HRIS and social media platforms
- CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
- Hours & Benefits:
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours: 8.30am-4.30pm or 9.30am-5.30pm
- Option to reduce hours to 32 per week (over 4 or 5 days)
- 1 day hybrid working following probation
- £27,000 - £28,000 FTE + up to £1,400 per year in tips (FTE)
