This role has been created to strengthen the organisation's reward analytics, governance, and compliance capability at a time of change. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting risk, and supporting the development of fair, competitive reward frameworks across a multi-site environment.
The position is available on a permanent basis or as an interim assignment.
The Role Working closely with senior HR and Reward stakeholders, the Reward Analyst will provide high-quality insight and analysis across pay, incentives, and compliance. This is a hands-on analytical role, supporting decision-making through accurate data and robust modelling.
Key responsibilities include:

Producing reward analysis to support pay reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive schemes

Supporting job evaluation and market benchmarking activities

Analysing pay structures, premiums, shift patterns, and allowances across sites

Supporting National Minimum Wage compliance checks and audit preparation

Assisting with equal pay, pay transparency, and pay gap analysis

Building and maintaining accurate reward datasets and reports

Identifying anomalies, trends, and potential reward risks within the data
This role has limited exposure to benefits administration and no responsibility for pensions or supplier management.
About You You're likely to be a Reward Analyst, HR Analyst with strong reward exposure, or a Reward professional earlier in your career looking to deepen your technical capability.
You'll bring:

Experience working with reward or pay data in a complex organisation

Strong Excel and analytical skills (essential)

An eye for detail and confidence working with large datasets

An interest in reward compliance, governance, and legislation

The ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Private-sector experience is preferred, ideally within manufacturing or another operational environment.
Location & Working Pattern -
Hybrid working with an office base in Leicester

Typically 2-3 days on site, flexing with business needs

Occasional travel to UK sites may be required
