Macildowie are working with this client based in Melton Mowbray who are seeking a passionate and hands-on HR Advisor to join their thriving people team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic, multi-departmental organisation made up of over 550 employees.
You'll act as a proactive HR business partner to Heads of Department and employees, offering expert advice on a range of people-related matters from retention, performance, conduct, and wellbeing all while contributing to a culture where people truly matter.

Working pattern:37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayFlexi hours available (8.304.30 or 9.305.30)Hybrid 1 day working from home Reduced hours also considered over 4 or 5 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships across departments, identifying people trends and supporting change
- Manage employee relations caseload: investigations, grievances, disciplinaries
- Support policy development, recruitment, onboarding, and apprenticeships
- Provide day-to-day HR administration and support via HRIS
- Analyse HR data, produce reports, and support social media engagement initiatives
- Coordinate employee social events and wellbeing activities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within hospitality (but not essential)
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Able to interpret and use HR data to drive improvements
- HRIS experience essential
