Senior HR Advisor (Recruitment Focused)
Location: Prestatyn, North WalesSalary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annumContract: 12-Month Fixed Term ContractHours: Monday – Friday | Flexible Hours | Hybrid Working (WFH up to 4 days per week)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor with a strong focus on recruitment to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation based in Prestatyn. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is confident leading recruitment activity across a multi-site business.
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, work closely with hiring managers, coordinate talent attraction strategies, and support wider HR operations including onboarding and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on high-volume and specialist recruitment campaigns across the organisation.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and manage agency usage.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
- Deliver Learning & Development training sessions across the business.
- Provide HR advisory support aligned with UK employment legislation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive best practice and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
- Welsh Language – Level 2.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR advisory work.
- Confident communicator with the ability to deliver internal training.
