We have an EDI connected global network, contractual arrangements with carriers and operate a peerless own rail and final mile delivery solution. In addition, we have an in-house customs team and coders and developers that manage our technology platform.

Primary responsibilities and dutiesThis role will include:
- Be the point of HR contact for all staff (69 employees)
- Oversee contracts for all new starters
- Oversee any leaver forms and action any relevant paperwork
- Ensure pay increases / bonuses are actioned to payroll supervisor accordingly
- Amend employee contracts where and when needed
- Oversee any employee disputes
- Oversee any employee disciplinary procedures
- Ensure all HR Policies are up to date and relevant with current employee and civil law
- Oversee H&S platform for all staff
- Oversee company ISO platform and liaise with internal stakeholders where necessary

Salary
Starting salary of £35 000 per annum
