The organisation is seeking a dedicated HSEQ Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support across all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality functions, helping drive compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the HSEQ Manager, HSEQ & Compliance Engineer, and HSW Representative with daily HSEQ administration.
- Managing the monthly Near Miss incentive and maintaining all supporting documentation.
- Creating and maintaining Site Inspection reports, OFI trackers, and annual HSEQ reporting sheets.
- Participating in HSEQ risk assessments and updating related records.
- Updating incident and accident statistics and ensuring the Ladder Register remains compliant and current.
- Assisting with the creation of client safety alerts and supporting internal audits and OFI actions.
- Participating in external audits and assisting with COSHH administration and documentation.
- Preparing monthly HSEQ management reports and actively promoting a positive safety culture across the business.

- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- BATALAS Auditing Qualification.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems and HSEQ platforms.
- Solid understanding of workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
- Knowledge of auditing and compliance processes.
- Ability to follow instructions, use initiative, and solve problems effectively.
Desirable Qualifications
- NEBOSH qualification.
- Knowledge of the contracting or electrical industry.
- First Aid training.
