Description
- As HR Business Partner you will partner closely with senior leaders as a trusted people expert
- Lead and deliver strategic people plans aligned to organisational goals
- Analyse workforce data and identify trends, risks and solutions
- Support and lead change programmes, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Manage complex ER issues and consult with trade unions
- Work closely with specialist HR teams to deliver joined-up interventions
Profile
- Significant experience operating as a strategic HR Business Partner
- Strong background in workforce planning, change and complex ER
- Skilled at analysing data and using insights to influence decisions
- Confident working autonomously in a large, multifaceted organisation
- CIPD Chartered (or equivalent) with ongoing CPD
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Experience partnering with a business / corporate support fuction is preferable over education and training sector experience.
