I’m currently supporting a client with an HR opportunity on a fixed term contract and would be keen to connect with experienced HR professionals who have a strong background in organisational change.
Location: East Sussex
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
This role will suit someone comfortable operating across both strategic and operational HR activity, particularly within periods of organisational change.
Experience sought:
• Experience leading organisational change or restructuring initiatives
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and applying best practice
• Ability to manage and support strategic and operational change activities
• Comfortable delivering hands-on HR project work from planning through to implementation
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
