Contract Details:
- Salary: £28,000 per annum
- Contract: 6-month FTC
- Location: On site role (No hybrid working) No public transport, MUST be a driver
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours between 8:00am – 5:00pm (30 mins or 1 hour for lunch)
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
The role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment administrator to support the full recruitment cycle!
You will assist with advertising roles, reviewing applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing the referencing and onboarding processes. We are seeking someone confident, organised, and able to deliver high-quality administrative support to candidates, new starters and the broader HR function.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for candidate and agency enquiries
- Managing recruitment documentation, trackers and reporting
- Screening applications and requesting additional information where required
- Working closely with the Recruitment Advisor to identify suitable candidates and create shortlisting documents
- Coordinating Outlook calendars, room bookings and interview logistics
- Preparing and sending interview invitations to candidates, agencies and panel members
- Issuing and collating Criminal Records Declarations
- Compiling interview packs, including documentation for any exceptional requirements
- Welcoming candidates onsite and completing ID checks
- Supporting the Recruitment Advisor in maintaining active job advertisements
- Drafting and sending offer paperwork to successful candidates
- Leading the referencing process and completing pre-employment checks
- Conducting new starter check-in meetings and sharing insights with the wider HR team
- Preparing induction packs and assisting with first-day HR inductions
- Providing general administrative support across HR & Recruitment
