Are you a commercially driven HR leader ready to build and scale a new revenue-generating Planned HR Services function from the ground up?
I’m partnering with a boutique HR consultancy to recruit an experienced HR leader to build, lead and scale a new Planned HR Services division. This role carries full responsibility for creating a structured, proactive HR offer and developing it into a profitable, revenue-generating client portfolio.
This is a commercial leadership position combining service design, client development and hands-on business growth.
The Opportunity
You will own the development of a Planned HR Services proposition designed to move clients from reactive support to long-term, retained partnerships.
You will be accountable for:
- Building and scaling a new revenue stream within the business
- Designing commercially viable HR service packages for retained clients
- Driving new business acquisition for Planned HR Services
- Converting prospects, consultancy conversations and referrals into retained clients
- Owning and developing a pipeline of new and existing client opportunities
- Growing revenue through both new client wins and account expansion
Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, client acquisition and overall commercial performance.
Business Development & Growth Focus
This role carries a clear emphasis on winning new business.
You will be responsible for:
- Generating and closing new client opportunities
- Converting HR needs and advisory conversations into paid, retained services
- Building and managing a strong, consistent pipeline
- Positioning and selling the Planned HR Services offer in the market
- Acting as the commercial face of this new service line
You will operate as a consultant, business developer and service owner.
About You
You will bring:
- Senior-level HR experience with a strong commercial mindset
- Proven ability to design and sell HR or business-led services
- Demonstrable experience in business development and/or client acquisition within a consultancy or HR services environment
- Confidence in a client-facing, commercially driven role
