.HR Advisor – Circa £40,000 | Full-Time office based | Monday–Friday (9am–5pm)
Reed HR are currently seeking an experienced and personable HR Advisor to join our clients small, friendly HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and proactive HR professional who enjoys a varied, generalist role with a strong focus on employee relations and recruitment.
About the role:
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the business with day-to-day HR activities. This is a hands-on, generalist position where you’ll be heavily involved in managing ER cases and supporting a busy recruitment function.
You’ll work closely with management and have ongoing support, allowing you to confidently handle cases while continuing to develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a range of employee relations cases (with management support)
- Supporting and leading on end-to-end recruitment processes
- Providing generalist HR advice to managers and employees
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvements
- Ensuring HR policies and processes are applied consistently
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong understanding of employee relations
- Experience in recruitment (high-volume or end-to-end preferred)
- A reliable, consistent, and organised approach to work
- A personable and approachable communication style
- Ability to manage workload in a small team environment
- Due to location, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
