The role will focus on performance management, capability, supporting managers, HR systems, improving policies and procedures as well as ensuring the business is up to date on employment legislation and process.
We’re looking for a progressive all-round HR professional, perhaps someone currently in a Senior HR Advisor role ready to take full accountability and responsibility for HR or someone already in a HR management role who can bring experience of best practice to the business. You should be passionate about HR with the positive drive, inspiration and influence to really make a difference. Ideally CIPD Level 5 or higher and/or can demonstrate experiential learning and capability, experience gained in manufacturing or similar would also be an advantage.If this sounds of interest please get in touch for more details.
